19604: Implement Position Hierarchy view as Microsoft Teams look

Position hierarchy now appears with similar tiles as Microsoft Teams

Navigate to Manager > Organisational data > Position hierarchy tree and search for a Worker

License limits now enforced within the WebApp

24282: Upgrade shared code to 3.14

Shared code upgraded to 3.14

24407: Add License Info and Update License option to Admin Dashboard

License information can now be viewed on the Admin Dashboard

24468: Integration with Microsoft Teams on the position hierarchy tiles
