Release notes for Boarding 3.4

Below is an overview of changed and new features introduced in this release of the FourVision Web Apps.

New features

  • Advanced mail protocols for secure mail environments
  • Global search for menus and workers
  • Support OpenAPI definition to enable custom connectors in DataVerse

Changes and bugfixes to existing features:

  • Generic security updates, minor bug fixes and patches
  • 25688 Remove icons from all child menus
  • 25693 Add 'Role access' tab on the 'Edit role' screen
  • 25772 Move Odata Api Key into Key vault

Detailed release information:

New Feature 1: Advanced mail protocols for secure mail environments

Graph API can now be used for sending mail

To enable sending mail using the Graph API, navigate to Admin > General > Connection profiles and set Use the graph API to True

Populate the account details then click Authorise the graph API

New Feature 2: Global search for menus and workers

Workers can now be searched using the Global search

New Feature 3: Support OpenAPI definition to enable custom connectors in DataVerse

OpenAPI can now be used to connect to Sandbox environments

To access the Swagger screen, add /api/index.html to the webapp URL

25688: Remove icons from all child menus

All icons removed from child menus throughout

Odata Api key now persists for a period of time due to being stored in the Key vault
