Release notes for Document Management 3.10

Below is an overview of changed and new features introduced in this release of the FourVision Web Apps.

New features

  • Document versioning relation implemented under the 'All versions' tab

  • 'Assigned type' as 'Position group' added to the Workflow

  • Being able to upload the 'Dotx' file extension type in the Document template

  • Added the 'Personnel number' of the workers to the 'Employments' screen

  • All file extensions added by default in the app

Changes and bug fixes to existing features:

  • Generic security updates, minor bug fixes and patches

  • Improved the labels of 'DocuSign client ID' to 'DocuSign Integration key' and 'DocuSign client secret' to 'DocuSign Secret key' on the 'Connection profiles' screen

  • Improved the code of back end (handling all the static values) of the whole app

  • Fixed Authorisation failure when the token expires

  • Corrected the invalid open positions showing under the Position Hierarchy tree

Under the ‘Parameters’ tab, added a new toggle for ‘Enable creation of position group’
