Release notes for Document Management 3.4

Below is an overview of changed and new features introduced in this release of the FourVision Web Apps.

Important

If you install this release of Document Management 3.4 there is a minimum backwards compatibility version on other webapps installed in the same environment listed below:

New Feature 1 - Advanced mail protocols for secure mail environments

Advanced mail protocols added for secure mail environments

To enable the Graph API navigate to Admin > General > Connection profiles and set Use the graph API to True

Click Authorize the graph API and grant approval with an admin account

Once saved, mail will be sent using the Graph API

New Feature 2 - Global search for menus and workers

Global search improved to now include Workers

24901 Download not working Properly - for Employees

Documents download correctly when the Download button is clicked

25235 All workers access

All workers based on role menu option added for managers

Users will be able to see Workers based on the Legal entities on their Role

25428 Add sync of Employment and Contractors (into Workers)

New Sync options added for Employees and Contractors which updates the Workers table

25448 Description box of retention rules has too limited characters

Description field size increased within Retention rules

25549 Add FTE placeholder

FTE added as a field to be used within a Document template
