Release notes for Document Management 3.7

Below is an overview of changed and new features introduced in this release of the FourVision Web Apps.

New features

  • Added Description search (dropdown) on all the 'Positions' screen in the app

  • See only active employments and workers

  • 'My team expiring content' tile and screen added in the Manager app

  • Search and filter options are added to the 'Expiring content' screens

  • Added new screen 'Email templates' for customized email

  • Changed the layout and functionality of 'User settings' under the cogwheel icon

Changes and bugfixes to existing features:

  • Generic security updates, minor bug fixes and patches

  • 26679 'Save and submit' button disabled if any required field is empty

  • 26682 Improved 'Expiring soon' and 'Expired' buttons' working on all screens of the app

  • 26443 Resolved error on uploading a large document in the app

  • 26607 Applicant DocuSign approval doesn't work - creates document as end approved.

  • 26693 Resolved issues related to the mass creation of documents
