Release notes for Document Management 3.8
Below is an overview of changed and new features introduced in this release of the FourVision Web Apps.
New features
Changed the layout and functionality of the Manager and Employee dashboard
Added option for attachment(s) in 'Support request'
Introduced 'Archive' and 'Delete' actions on the retention rules based on the expiry date
Changes and bugfixes to existing features:
Generic security updates, minor bug fixes and patches
'App based URL' field will be prefilled with the URL of the particular environment
Handled error when uploading files with other than ASCII characters
Added 'Employee card' on the Employee dashboard
Added link on records redirecting to the 'Worker details' screen
Handled issue for not showing all menus after adding the new parent menu

'Action' dropdown added with 'Archive' and 'Delete' options
Toggle added to 'Include archived documents'
Using the 'Archive' action allows the user to archive documents according to the set retention rules based on the employment, the category selected and expiry date of the document.
Using the 'Delete' action allows the user to delete documents according to the set retention rules based on the employment, the category selected and expiry date of the document.
'Include archived documents' toggle allows the user to include already archived documents.
