Below is an overview of changed and new features introduced in this release of the FourVision Performance Management Web App

Detailed release information:
New Feature 1 - Finance and Operations native connectivity enabled
The Performance Management Web App can now be connected to D365 Finance and Operations
Open the management portal and select the desired environment
Select Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations from the Interface connection dropdown box and enter the desired F&O environment in the End-point URL field
Data can now be synced with an F&O environment
New Feature 2 - Merit increase functionality extended
PDR ratings can now be used to define budgets when using Salary increase proposal functionality. Note this functionality is only available with a D365 Human Resources interface
If a worker has a completed PDR with an associated Rating then this rating can be used to define a Line budget within a Salary increase proposal
The associated percentage can be defined within a Rating model by navigating to Admin > PDR setup > Rating models, clicking ... and then Assign ratings
To enable this functionality, navigate to Admin > Compensation > Parameters and enable Include performance rating into merit increase
Then define the Region percentages in Manager > Compensation > Salary increase proposals > Region percentage
The Reward cycle can then be created in Manager > Compensation > Reward cycles
Open the Reward cycle and click +New to create the Salary increase proposals
Open the Salary increase proposal and search for the desired worker, in this case Ken Ewert
Ken has a suggested 2% increase due to his Compensation region and a 4% increase due to his Performance rating
In this example, Ken's Line budget is 4,710
Which is his salary (78,500) multiplied by the sum of both percentages (2% + 4% = 6%) giving 4,710
Once approved, Ken's salary will increase by the specified amount as per existing functionality
New Feature 3 - Objective ratings added
Objectives can now be rated and given a weighting to produce an overall calculated score
Create a Rating model by navigating to Admin > PDR Setup > Rating models
Click ... then Assign ratings followed by +New to create the ratings
Create a new or edit an existing PDR template by navigating to Admin > PDR Setup > PDR templates
Within the PDR template ensure the Objectives / Goals tab is active and Objective calculation is enabled
Objectives can then be created by an employee or manager, but the weighting and rating can only be edited by a manager

As a manager, assign a Weight % and a Rating
The Total rating is calculated as the Weight % multiplied by the value assigned to the Rating when setting up the Rating model
Noe that Total weight cannot exceed 100%
