Release notes for Performance Management 3.10
Below is an overview of changed and new features introduced in this release of the FourVision Web Apps.
New features
Changed 'Dashboard template' to 'Dashboard setup' and merged 'Edit and 'Edit dashboard'
Added 'All tasks' toggle on the PDR template to make it configurable
Added 'Worker type' dropdown filter for the mass assignment of PDR and changed the layout of the 'General' section
Added parameter for 'Set on form assignments' on the 'Parameters' screen to make it configurable
Added the 'Personnel number' of the workers to the 'Employments' screen

Changes and bugfixes to existing features:
Generic security updates, minor bug fixes and patches
Improved the code of back end (handling all the static values) of the whole app
Improved the Workflow functionality for CAP when the Position group has more than one position assignment for the same worker
Added validation while creating task templates with the same name on the integrated apps
Added validation while deleting successors if in use
Improved CDP spanning multiple PDR periods to show in the PDR
Improved access of Managers for Legal entities with Active/Inactive employment assigned to the workers.
Corrected and restricted creation of PDR with the same PDR template and PDR period
Improved layout and Delete functionality for Activities of the Objectives
Corrections done related to the 'Seniority date', 'Date of hire', and 'Years of service' counter on the Worker details
Corrected the invalid open positions showing under the Position Hierarchy tree
Detailed release information:
New feature 1: Changed 'Dashboard template' to 'Dashboard setup' and merged 'Edit' and 'Edit dashboard' screens
New feature 2: Added 'All tasks' toggle to the PDR template to make it configurable
On creating a new PDR template, the enabling/disabling of the 'All tasks' toggle controls the visibility of the 'All tasks' tab in the PDR
New feature 3: Added 'Worker type' dropdown filter for the mass assignment of PDR and changed the layout of the 'General' section
New feature 4: Added parameter for 'Set on form assignments' on the 'Parameters' screen to make it configurable
Enabling/disabling the 'Enable set on form assignments' toggle on the 'Parameters' screen controls the visibility of the 'Set on form' and 'Set on form manager' assignment types while creating a new status for the workflow
New feature 5: Added the 'Personnel number' of the workers to the 'Employments' screen
New feature 6: All file extensions added by default in the app

Added different 'Talent access' options to select on the 'Edit role' screen
HR person: The user can ‘Unlock’ or ‘Final sign off’ the particular ‘Talent detail’
Global admin: When ‘Past date’ set as the ‘End date’ field and all the fields as non-editable, only ‘Global admin’ have access to ‘Delete’ the ‘Talent grid’
Both: The user can ‘Delete’ the past date ‘Talent grid’
g. Implemented Lock and Unlock (Talent details page)
The line manager can 'Save & Lock', 'Save' and 'Save & Close' the Talent details
i. When ‘HR person’ set for the ‘Talent access’ field, the user can ‘Unlock’ or ‘Final sign off’ on the ‘Talent grid’

*After the ‘Final sign off’, no user can ‘Edit’ or ‘Delete’ the ‘Talent detail’
ii. When ‘Past date’ set in the ‘End date’ field and all the fields are non-editable, only ‘Global admin’ can ‘Delete’ the ‘Talent detail’
User receives a warning message while setting Past date in the 'End date' field of the 'Talent detail'
'Global admin' set as 'Talent access' on the particular role of the user
User can 'Delete' the 'Talent detail' of the particular worker
iii. When ‘Both’ set in the ‘Talent access’ field on the 'Parameters' screen, the user has access to ‘Delete’ the past date ‘Talent grid’
'Both' set as 'Talent access' on the particular role of the user
h. Added a new screen for 'All talent details'
Added 'All talent details' screen with 'Execute filter' option to execute on the basis of selected manager
Select any record to 'Unlock' it
The record is unlocked
