Release notes for Performance Management 3.12
Below is an overview of the changes and new features introduced in this release of the FourVision Web App.
New features
Implemented the Export and Import functionality for the 'Probation status'
Implemented the Export and Import functionality for the 'Courses' related menus
Added 'Unassigned' assignment type in the workflow for statuses with Fixed values as 'End approved', 'End rejected' and 'Force closure'
The value of the 'Department' field changed from 'Search name' to 'Name' in the app
Replaced 'Job title' field with 'Job description' to show the description of the Job on the 'Worker details' screen
Added job description to the job list while Mass creation of PDR
Added option to reassign the tasks back to the position group
The standard date or the default date set as 'Today' for adding Review in the PDR
Added an option 'Clean logs' on the 'Sync logs' screen to remove logs with the status 'Scheduled', 'Finished' and 'Error'
Added a filter option to show active and inactive positions on the 'Positions' screens
Added worker name with Position ID and hover text for the Position ID on the 'Positions' screens
The 'Default' toggle removed from the 'Edit PDR period' screen
Fixed the column headers on the overview screens with a large number of records
Implemented theme-based colors for the 'Save', 'Save and submit', 'Cancel' and all Successor buttons only on the PDR screens
Increased the maximum limit to 2000 characters for the 'Textarea' type of question in the questionnaires
Increased the maximum limit to 200 characters for Unit Standard in CAP guides
Increased the maximum limit to 2000 characters for the form field type 'Textarea' in the custom form
Removed the toggles for 'Send notification to assignee' and 'Send email to assignee' for the 'Assigned type' as 'Originator'
Added option to control the visibility of pie chart options on the Manager dashboard based on the access of the PDR screens' access
Allowed the creation of one or more invite cycles with the same 'Start date' and 'End date' in the questionnaire
Allowed access to 'Personal notes' for the Managers on every step of the workflow

Resolved the issue for notification based on the number of days for PDR end date

Resolved the issues of the 'Back' button on the screens via the dashboard while using the embedded app
Exposed pending entities for Odata reporting
Improved hover text for 'Benchmark based on the local table' and 'Vacant managers proposal' toggles on the Compensation Parameters screen
Improved filter dropdowns to show only the available records as options
Improved the creation of tasks through Mass creation when the ‘Task template’ is linked to the Status with Fixed values as 'Start'

Note: The Export and Import functionality works with ‘Comma separated’, ‘Tab delimited’ and 'JSON' file types for the ‘Probation status'.

Under the ‘Clean logs’ dropdown option, the ‘Scheduled’, ‘Finished’ and ‘Error’ options are added to remove particular logs
The ‘Clean logs’ dialog box will appear with the warning and confirmation message before deleting logs for a particular status
###New feature 10: Added a filter option to show active and inactive positions on the 'Positions' screens
The Active positions will show by default on the Positions screen with the 'Yes' option selected
The 'Yes' option will show Active positions and the 'No' option will show Inactive positions

Added worker name with Position ID and improved the label of the field to 'Reports to'
Added hover text for the Position ID to show the Position ID, Position description and Worker name based on the Hierarchy

Disabling the toggles for ‘All PDR’, ‘All active PDR’, ‘My team PDR’, ‘All objectives’ and ‘My team objectives’ menus will not show any chart on the dashboard

Note: The same functionality is implemented for the 'Invite cycle alternative' screen.
###New feature 21: Allowed access to 'Personal notes' for the Managers on every step of the workflow
Note: All the workers with Manager access can add ‘Personal notes’ on the ‘PDR detail’ screen under the ‘Notes from manager’ tab.

Using ‘+ Invite for questionnaire’ option, the user can invite workers based on the set alternate hierarchy to fill out the questionnaire
Added a new screen for the 'Invite cycle alternative' to invite workers to fill out questionnaires according to the hierarchy type set under the ‘Alternate hierarchy' field on the 'Parameters' screen
Added a new screen for the 'Team questionnaire alternative' to view the questionnaires created for the team via invite cycle according to the hierarchy type set under the ‘Alternate hierarchy' field on the 'Parameters' screen
