Release notes for Performance Management 3.14
Below is an overview of changes and new features introduced in this release of the FourVision Web App.
New features:
Allowed to add decimal value for the 'Weight%' field under the 'Objective rating(s)' tab impacting the values of the '% Completion' and 'Weight calculation' fields under the 'Objective' tab on the 'Edit objective' screen
Added 'Identification number' for CAP Certificate with Custom field mapping
Added 'Manual assignment' for the 'Choose manually' as 'Assignment type' of the workflow for the Salary increase proposals
Changes and bugfixes to existing features:
Generic security updates, minor bug fixes and patches
Improved the workflow notification showing only the position group name instead of all the member names for the large position group to proceed to the next workflow status
Increased the field length of the 'Name' field to '50' characters for the 'Questionnaire sessions alternative' & 'Team questionnaires alternative' menus in Menus management
Resolved the issue for the Max length of the 'Textarea' type fields when the Max length exceeds 1000 characters
Detailed release information:
New feature 1: Allowed to add decimal value for the 'Weight%' field under the 'Objective rating(s)' tab impacting the values of the '% Completion' and 'Weight calculation' fields under the 'Objective' tab on the 'Edit objective' screen
Note: The users are allowed to enter values up to 2 decimal places and are not implemented according to the 'User settings'.
New feature 2: Added 'Identification number' for CAP Certificate with Custom field mapping
For a particular worker, added a custom field as 'Identification number'
Added a new screen for the ‘Entity field mapping’ under the 'General' parent menu in Admin app
Users can select Entity to add a field for mapping
25 custom fields are available to choose from as the ‘App field’
The OData field can be selected according to the selected Entity for Entity field mapping
Synchronized to get data in the app
The ‘Custom field for identification number’ field added to the 'CAP Parameters' with 25 custom fields
Selected the same custom field as selected in the 'Entity field mapping'
Create a CAP guide with Unit standards, Specific outcomes and Assessment criteria. Under the 'Certificate template' tab, created a DOTX template using different placeholders
Uploaded the created DOTX file to the CAP guide
After the approval of the CAP guide, the 'Generate certificate' button appears
The generated CAP Certificate includes Identification number of the worker
Note: a. CAP Certificate's 'Identification number' is implemented using the Custom field mapping. The value of the Identification Number will be sent via a Custom field from the worker table.
b. The 'Generate certificate' button will only be visible to the user with 'L&D coordinator' access.
New feature 3: Added 'Manual assignment' for the 'Choose manually' as 'Assignment type' of the workflow for the Salary increase proposals
'Choose manually' added as the 'Assignment type' to the Workflow
If the workflow starts with the ‘Choose manually’ as 'Assignment type', the ‘Assignment type’ and ‘Assigned to’ fields will appear on the 'Add new line budget' dialog box. If workflow Status starts with any other assignment types, the ‘Assignment type’ and ‘Assigned to’ fields will be hidden
If the user 'Approve' the salary increase proposal with Status 'Choose manually', the ‘Manually assignment’ dialog box appears with options to select ‘Assignment type’ and ‘Assigned to’
The Salary increase proposal can be moved to the next Status with particular 'Assignment type' and 'Assigned to'
The salary increase proposal assigned to a particular worker with In-app and Email notifications
