Release notes for Performance Management 3.3
Below is an overview of changed and new features introduced in this release of the FourVision Web Apps.
Important
If you install this release of Performance Management 3.3 there is a minimum backwards compatibility version on other webapps installed in the same environment listed below:

Detailed release information:
New Feature 1 - Competency acquisition
Competency acquisition functionality added to the Performance Management webapp
To enable Competency acquisition navigate to Admin > General > Parameters > Features and enable the Competency acquisition feature
The CAP menu and associated menu items will now be available
Setup
Workflow can be assigned to CAP on the CAP parameters screen
Unit standards can be created on the Unit standards screen
Specific outcomes can be created on the Specific outcomes screen
Assessment criteria can be created on the Assessment criteria screen
Proficiency levels can be created on the Proficiency levels screen
Guide Creation
Once Setup is complete, CAP guides can be created in the CAP guides screen
Click Add and continue to edit the CAP guide and add a Unit standard
Hover over the record to see the + and Delete buttons
Click the + button to add a Specific outcome
Hover over the record to see the + and Delete buttons
Click the + button to add an Assessment criteria
Job Guide Assignment
Navigate to Admin > Organizational data > Jobs and select the desired Job
Add a Competency assessment guide to the Job
Worker Assessment
Navigate to Admin > Organizational data > Workers, search for a Worker with matching Job and Compensation region as defined previously and add a CAP guide
View the Details of the newly created record
Use the drop down box to select a Proficiency level and click the bubble to add a Comment
Once all the information is added click the Submit button
The Status and Assigned to will be updated based on the specified Workflow
New Feature 2 - Export and import improvements
Objectives and Objective templates can now be exported and imported
Navigate to Admin > General > Parameters and select the desired Export file type
To export, navigate to Admin > General > Import and export and select Export for Objective templates or All objectives

Manager ratings now added to OData feed
Ensure PDRs with Ratings exist in the webapp
Create a query using the OData and view the Ratings

Users can now be assigned to Dashboard templates
Navigate to Admin > General > Dashboard templates, select the desired Dashboard template and click Assign users

25042: Search profile copy from Worker and job
Search profiles can now be copied from a Worker or Job
Create a new Search profile by navigating to Manager > Search profiles and click New
Edit the Search profile and the new options to Copy from job or Copy from worker are available

25114: Possibility for an employee to not see the first rating
First rating can be hidden until a PDR hits a defined Workflow status
Navigate to Admin > PDR setup > PDR templates and create or edit a PDR template
In the Sign off & comments tab, define at which Workflow status the employee will be able to see the Rating

Claire can view the PDR but cannot see the Sign off & comments tab

25140: Additional Columns on form Compensation Increases Proposal Details
Additional details available within a Salary increase proposal
Worker name links to Worker profile
25295: Weighting on objective level instead of on objective category level
Objective weighting can now be defined on the Objective level
Navigate to Admin > PDR setup > PDR templates and edit or create a PDR template
In the Objectives/Goals tab specify the desired weighting method
Objectives can now be weighted individually
25296: Rating of behaviours on overview page
Behaviour rating will now show within the PDR overview
The Manager Rating and the Self assessment rating will show, along with an average for both
25298: Admin role should be able to delete a reward cycle
Toggle added to Role screen to allow Users to delete Reward cycles
Navigate to Admin > Authorisation > Roles and Enable Delete reward cycles on the desired Role
Users with the specified Role can now delete open Reward cycles
25300: Extend positions within Text area field on custom forms
1000 characters can now be entered within a Text field within a Custom form
25373: Talent grid under Succession grid
Talent grid now exists within the Succession feature key
25434: Add sync of Employees and Contractors (into Workers)
New Sync options added for Employees and Contractors
25441: Self-assessment on objectives
Users can now self-assess Objectives
Open an existing Objective and select the desired Rating under Self assessment
