Release notes for Performance Management 3.4

Below is an overview of changed and new features introduced in this release of the FourVision Web Apps.

New features

  • Add advanced mail protocols for secure mail environments
  • Favourites menu items

Changes and bugfixes to existing features:

  • Generic security updates, minor bug fixes and patches
  • 20592 Adding position link on employee profile adding job
  • 25469 % bonus actual can't be disabled
  • 25473 Calculation of line budget and proposed increase

New Feature 1 - Add advanced mail protocols for secure mail environments

Advanced mail protocols added

To enable sending mail using the Graph API, navigate to Admin > General > Connection profiles and set Use the graph API to True

Populate the account details then click Authorise the graph API

New Feature 2 - Favourites menu items

Favourite menu items can now be defined

Menu items can now be added to the Favourites menu by clicking the star icon on a Menu item

In addition, Favourites can be enabled within a Dashboard template and will appear as Tiles on the specified Dashboard

25469: % bonus actual can't be disabled

% bonus actual column can now be disabled

To disable the column, navigate to Admin > Compensation > Parameters > Default column options and disable the toggle

25473: Calculation of line budget and proposed increase

Two options available for calculating the Line budget

To enable the desired option, navigate to Admin > Compensation > Parameters

If Line budged based on compensation only is selected, then the Line budget is calculated based only on the Region percentage

Line budget = 50,000 * 0.05 = 2,500 + 500 * 0.05 = 25 Total = 2,525

If Increase the percentage of proposal on the note is selected, then the Line budget is calculated based on the Region percentage and the Performance rating

Line budget = 50,000 * 0.09 = 4,500 + 500 * 0.09 = 45 Total = 4,545
