HR request
With the HR Request Web Application each employee and / or manager is able to raise a request which will be routed via a workflow (fully flexible to setup to meet your needs) to the appropriate employee or department within the organization for approval. The application as a needless integration with the Dynamics 365, which means that all worker and organizational data from Dynamics 365 can be used in the HR Request application. Any action necessary for a specific request from Dynamics 365 can automatically be triggered; such as a termination, or to function as a checklist.
To be able to create HR requests you need at least this setup:
- general setup
- a form with fields (from a form template in most cases)
- a workflow for the approval process of requests
- a request group and request types that glue everything together
- assignment of request groups and request types to roles
How it works, high over: Define the process > setup a workflow > define a form (from template) > create request group > create a request type and mention which form and which workflow is used > assign request group and request type to roles > ready to create requests.
The following form templates (thus processes) are available out of the box:
- New position (request a new position)
- Amend position details (change existing position)
- Replacement (request a new position based on a previous existing position)
- New hire employee (hire employee for first time)
- Add worker detail (add detail: address, contact, loan items, salary, etc.)
- Rehire employee (hire an employee again)
- New hire contractor (hire a contractor for the first time)
- Rehire contractor (hire a contractor again)
- Transfer (transfer a worker from one position to another position)
- Termination (end the employment for a worker)
