Below is an overview of changed and new features introduced in this release of the FourVision Web Apps.
New features
Connector Integrations
Additional fields added in the Applicant table/API
All file extensions added by default in the app with two new file formats

Added two assignment types - 'Requester’s manager' and 'Requester’s level 2 manager' for Tasks On behalf of indirect report - introducing two new Assignment types for Tasks

Connector Integrations
The Request webapp has the possibility to create an integration connector using the OpenApi framework.
Currently, we support the following connector actions:
Workflow steps (Api integrations)
- Get a list of available forms for integrations
- Get the form template to provide values when triggering the request form
- Create a new request form based and populate with provided data from the template
- Workflow advance step using simple an request
- Workflow advance step and replace all request form data with provided data
- Workflow advance step and update selective request form data
Applicant integration (ATS)
- Retrieve a list of applicant records
- Get a applicant details by id
- Creates a new applicant
- Update data of the applicant
- Delete a applicant from the system

New Feature 2: Additional fields added in the Applicant table/API
New entity 'Name affix' added for sync
i. 'Seniority date', 'Office location' and 'Personal title' values transfer from the Applicant form to the Request form with Version 2.0 and Updated version 2.0 with 'Yes' option only.
ii. Personal title's value will not transfer from the Applicant form to the Request form with Version 1.0 and Update version 2.0 with 'No' option.
iii. Office location's value will transfer from the Applicant form to the Request form with Version 1.0 if the value matches (case sensitive) and changed from dropdown field to the text field.
New Feature 3: All file extensions added by default in the app with two new file formats (‘DOTX’ and ‘MSG’)
New Feature 4: Parameters for integration API (UI Parts)
Added the 'Generate integration key' button on the 'Parameters' screen
The 'Integration interface key' dialog box appears. Click on the 'Generate' button
Check the 'Integration interface key' dialog box appears, click to copy the 'Integration interface key'
New Feature 5: Request for indirect report
Added the ‘Fifth’ option in the ‘Reporting level’ dropdown field on the 'Edit role' screen
The count ‘4’ showing for worker showing 5 level hierarchy
Added ‘Assignment type’ as ‘Role’ while creating a new condition
Selected ‘Role’ in the ‘Assignment type’ dropdown field and the ‘Assign to’ dropdown field shows all the roles
