Release notes for Request 3.3

Below is an overview of changed and new features introduced in this release of the FourVision Web Apps.

Important

If you install this release of Request 3.3 there is a minimum backwards compatibility version on other webapps installed in the same environment listed below:

24785 Support multiple dimension sending to HR

Multiple Financial dimensions can be defined on a Request and sent to D365HR

Create a New position template form and enable Financial dimensions from within Inactive fields

Create a New position request and populate the Financial dimensions

24859 Job rotation form - Default leave plan dates

When using the Transfer template form a number of dates are now defaulted within the Leave plan tab

Define the Assignment end date of the old Position and Assignment start date of the new Position

The Enrollment end date is defaulted to Assignment end date and the Enrollment start date and Accrual start date are defaulted to Assignment start date

24882 Manual choose task list template

Tasks can now be manually created within a Request

Navigate to Admin > General > Parameters and select the desired option on Allow creation of tasks

If Anyone having request access is selected, any user that can access a Request can create a Task, in this case Simon can create Tasks even though the Request is assigned to Claire

If Workflow assignee is selected, only the user that the Request is assigned to can create a Task, in this case Simon cannot create Tasks as the Request is assigned to a group Simon is not a member of

24944 Rehire - when approved not rehiring but creating a new worker

Re-hiring a Worker correctly re-hires the Worker rather than creating a new Worker

Identify a Past worker to re-hire

Create a new Applicant with the same details as the Past worker

Create a Re-hire request

Worker is re-hired once Request is approved

24951 Requester - Approval conflict

Requests can be approved properly if the requester and approver are the same user

Create a Request as Simon, where the request is assigned to Simon

Successor steps are correctly available

24950 Adding more roles to the filtering on 'my applicants'

Multiple roles can now be selected as the Recruitment manager role

A user can only create Applicants for the Legal entity they have one (or more) of the specified roles for, Brooke has the role Employee (Synced) for USSI and USRT
