Release notes for Request 3.8

Below is an overview of changed and new features introduced in this release of the FourVision Web Apps.

New features

  • Added the 'Title' field under the 'Position transition details' tab in the 'Transfer' Request template

  • Added option for attachment(s) in 'Support request'

  • Added Level(s) according to the Job in 'New position' and 'Amend position details' request template

  • Rehire contractor from the Applicant

  • Enabled manager to create replacements for past workers

  • Added fixed and variable compensation to new hire contractor under the 'Compensation details' and 'Variable compensation plans' tabs in the request form

Changes and bugfixes to existing features:

  • Generic security updates, minor bug fixes and patches

  • Added all the entities for OData reporting

  • Added link on records redirecting to the 'Worker details' screen

  • Fixed access issue in Email notification for new applicants

  • Fixed issue for requests not showing on approval screen when request is assigned using conditional workflow

  • Handled assignment of request/tasks according to set on form Reports to as set in workflow in all the templates

  1. When a particular worker is terminated within ‘One’ year, the ‘Manager’ can access terminated worker.
  2. When a particular worker is terminated over more than ‘One’ year, the ‘Manager’ can not access the terminated worker.
  3. When a request is created by ‘HR Admin’, the ‘Manager’ can access all the active and inactive workers reporting to that particular position.
