My project timesheets shows all timesheets of the projects that the project manager manages. This includes drafts, submitted and approved or rejected timesheets.

Workers are assigned to project tasks of a project:

and a project has a project manager:

So based on that, in this example Claire can see these project timesheets:

  • Project manager can change column options (top right icon):

  • Project manager can view and filter in My project timesheets:

  • Project managers can export the project timesheets data:

Project managers can update timesheet data (if submitted or approved or rejected, NOT drafts):

Note: project managers cannot approve or reject timesheets; that has to be done by line managers.
